This Policy governs information collected through the general Website only. Our Pre-Engagement Assessment tool is governed by a separate Assessment Privacy Policy. Data collected during a formal consulting engagement is governed by the confidentiality and data handling provisions of the applicable Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, Master Services Agreement, and Statement of Work executed between Stone Brook Solutions LLC and the client organization.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Website, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated Policy with a revised effective date. Where practicable, we will provide additional notice to individuals who have submitted contact information.
